Veterans Bridge Home (VBH) plays an important role in bolstering the mind health of service members, Veterans, families, and partners through “linkage”: facilitation of relationships that expand social capital and economic opportunity as well as effective care coordination across services in this community! Everyone has a role in this endeavor, and we look forward to exploring sweet spots of connection and alignment between us.
