Description In order to prep for Murph next year, we will be hosting a monthly "Cindy" workout. "Cindy" is 20 minutes, as many reps as possible of: 5 pull ups 10 push ups 15 squats We will have some yoga mats and pull up bands, but you can bring your own if you prefer.
